Starting out with “The Shepherd Boys”
Here I am, announcing my second story in this blog. The Shepherd Boys is about shepherd slaves roaming the wilderness as they take their flock to the best pastures.
If that seems unplausible to you, well, it seemed to me too, when I learned that Spartacus had shepherds among his army of slaves. So, it might be easier to justify in fantasy.
Above all this is a story of friendship in extraordinary circumstances. The main characters are a young human who thinks goblins are evil and mean, and a goblin that it's humans who are that way, and, they are also boring and stupid.
There's quite a bit of sadness, and struggle, but also a lot of adventure. In that regard there is traveling through wild places, monsters, fights, and flights. Oh and there's some love too.
